Heather brings 20+ years of experience in organizational transformation, coaching, learning development, employee engagement, leadership, team effectiveness and operational excellence to deliver results and to effect profound change.

Having been a senior leader with a team of over 400 people, she also understands the challenges that leaders face in today’s ever‑changing world. It’s why she brings a ‘roll up the sleeves’ approach to her work with clients, so that their experience is relevant, practical and can help them achieve their goals.

John brings over 24 years of experience in the areas of business growth, business/corporate development, profit and loss management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, coaching and facilitation.

He has held many senior leadership positions contributing hundreds of millions in revenue and tens of millions in EBITDA growth to date. John works closely with his clients to develop their leadership capacity and create an innovative, collaborative & results‑based culture.

An emerging trailblazer, Celeste Lundy is on a mission to elevate organizational development, and deepen diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as effective change readiness. Having 6 years’ experience in strategic development, data analysis, and community collaboration, Celeste realizes that the world is dynamic and so are the needs of employees and organizations.

Celeste infuses creativity in her consulting methodologies to help organizations attain effective workplace cultures and sustainable change while achieving quantifiable goals. They are pursuing an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with an anticipated completion date of August 2022.
